Lock-In: Withdrawal allowed only after 1 Year

Booking Price discounts

Share holders are entitled to different types of discounts based on the number of shares they hold. Discount % (Weekday & Weekend): For Family members: 40% & 20%. Extended Family, Relatives & Friends: 20% & 10%. The entitled advance booking (reservation) and short notice discounted price events (per year) based on the number of shares owned is given below. Booking confirmation is subject to availability

3-shares investor can reserve 3 weekday & 1 weekend events at discount price. And one each on short-notice.

E.g. At a ₹1.5 lakhs standard listed price, a 3 Shares holder receives discounted 3 Weekday (₹90k self / ₹1.2L ref) and 1 Weekend (₹1.2L self / ₹1.35L ref) advance bookings per year, plus one Weekday and one Weekend last-minute booking

Terms & Conditions

Reservation means Advance Booking. This should be done 2 months in advance. Short-Notice: Can only be done within 2 weeks of the planned event, not before

🚫 Blackout Dates: No discounts on peak days (e.g., New Year, Onam, Xmas, Eid, Public Holidays etc.)

📌 Carry Forward: Unused discounted events can be carry forwarded as follows. 1 per year, up to 2× share count overall (e.g., 10 events max for 5 shares).

About the Promoters
This project is owned by a few partners, who are mostly professionals, incorporated via an LLP. The plot (3.5 acres) of the project is owned by the company (not leased).
